    During my recent stay at Rotana, I was astounded by the exceptional level of care taken in ensuring guests' safety during these uncertain times. The upgrade to a beachfront room not only provided stunning views but also exemplified the hotel's commitment to exceeding guest expectations. The impeccable service, especially from Ms. Yasmina at reception, left a lasting impression, showcasing a level of hospitality rarely seen in my travels. The landscape's beauty, coupled with convenient amenities like Sharkey's Bar and attentive staff like Sree at breakfast, made for a truly unforgettable experience. Rotana has not only set a new standard for luxury but has also redefined hospitality in the UAE.
